FOUNDATIONS
Traditional - Beginner/All Levels
FOUNDATIONS takes students through a traditional, basic flow featuring classical movements and emphasizing cueing and mind-body connection.
Recommendation: Beginners; students looking to deepen their foundational repertoire; students who prefer to move at a slower/more intentional pace.

FORM
Traditional - Intermediate
FORM classes are aimed towards students looking to elevate their practice of foundational movements while moving into a more advanced repertoire. These classes are most suited for experienced Pilates students who are comfortable with quicker transitions and intermediate movements.
Recommendation: Regular Reformer students; those looking to improve and build their classical Reformer repertoire

FLOW
Contemporary - Intermediate
FLOW classes put a creative spin on classical Reformer movements to get a total body strengthening, lengthening, mobility and balance workout.
Recommendation: Regular Reformer students; students looking for more variety in their classes; students who prefer a contemporary spin on Pilates

FIRE
Contemporary - Intermediate/Advanced
FIRE classes are meant to challenge you! These are total body routines that will work on strong, sleek muscle tone. May include quick movements, higher reps, higher resistance, balance challenges, burn outs, and combination movements. May utilize weights and other props.
Recommendation: Regular Reformer students looking for Reformer Pilates with a focus on upping the burn and shake (in a good way)!

FLEX
Contemporary - All Levels
FLEX classes put the "lengthen" in "lengthen and strengthen". These classes are used to increase mobility, flexibility and stabilization through all parts of your body. Take some deep breaths, loosen those tight muscles, and give yourself the gift of relaxation.
Recommendation: Students looking to slow down and work on flexibility and relaxation.

FIIT
Contemporary - All Levels
FIT classes are an athletic workout. They are designed to include cardio, intervals, circuits, and total body strengthening and conditioning using the Reformer.
Recommendation: Students looking to get their heart rate up with a workout resembling a gym routine. Include standing, balance challenges, cardio, and weights.

EXPRESS CLASSES
Contemporary - Intermediate
Express Classes run for 45 minutes and aim to isolate specific body parts to burn out. Classes will indicate which parts are being isolated: Glutes & Abs, Abs & Inner Thighs, Total Body, etc.
Recommendation: Regular students looking to isolate certain body parts; students looking for some variety in class types; students looking for a shorter length class

FLY
Contemporary - All Levels
FLY classes use the Jumpboard! Take flight on the Reformer to work on low-impact cardio, proper walking and running mechanics, lower body strengthening, coordination and more. These classes may also include some traditional or contemporary Pilates movements to work in some total body!
Recommendation: Students looking to add some variety with low-impact cardio and a unique strengthening workout

EXPRESS STRENGTH
Strength - All Levels
EXPRESS STRENGTH classes are your 45-minute lunch break class to beat that mid-day slump and get in a total body strength and cardio workout! Classes will focus on building strong and functionally fit bodies utilizing the Reformer and weights. Will include layers and options for all levels.
Recommendation: Students looking to add strength to their routine; students looking for a shortened, lunch-break-style workout
